To fulfill our mission and optimize our impact on the communities in our region, the Stenclik Family Charitable Fund accepts applications year-round from organizations operating within the five-county western New York area.

Our grants support projects in the following counties:

Erie, Niagara, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Allegany

All applications to the Stenclik Family Charitable Fund must be submitted through the following form. To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be designated as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
Engage in relevant work that aligns with at least one of our organization’s three focus areas: educational opportunity, science and culture, or vibrant communities
Clearly and concisely convey a detailed understanding of what the funds—if granted—will be used to support and what outcomes will be achieved.

Overview of your organization’s mission, its history, track record of success, etc.
Comprehensive project description, including goals, objectives, implementation timelines, etc.
Most recent audited annual financial statements
Current operating budget
Organizational chart, including names, titles, and relevant experience of key personnel
Copy of your current IRS determination letter including tax-exempt status
Other informative marketing collateral
Current and long-term strategic plans
