Apply for a Grant

To fulfill our mission and optimize our impact on the communities in our region, the Stenclik Family Charitable Fund accepts applications year-round from organizations operating within the five-county western New York area.

Our grants support projects in the following counties:

Erie, Niagara, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Allegany

All applications to the Stenclik Family Charitable Fund must be submitted through the following form. To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be designated as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
  • Engage in relevant work that aligns with at least one of our organization’s three focus areas: educational opportunity, science and culture, or vibrant communities
  • Clearly and concisely convey a detailed understanding of what the funds—if granted—will be used to support and what outcomes will be achieved.
Types of Support

There is no December application round in 2025.
The next deadline for grant applications is June 15, 2026. Please email us with any questions.
